The challenge
DjetPay brings a wide payment product surface into one platform. The experience needed to make invoicing, fast charges, point of sale, card and ACH payments, mobile acceptance, customers, and reporting feel connected rather than overwhelming.
The approach
AlphaDjet shaped a product experience around real payment moments: billing from a desk, taking a charge in the field, checking out at a counter, and understanding the business from one dashboard. Clear information hierarchy and consistent workflow patterns keep the platform approachable as capability expands.
